GOSHEN, CT – It didn’t take a final car count to know that the Litchfield Hills Historical Auto Club had a record number of entries at its annual car show at the Goshen Fairgrounds on Sunday. Classic cars stretched from the north end of the grounds to well south of the main entrance.
The variety no doubt topped that of any other show in the state this year well. What also set the show apart was the turnover due to the show’s long hours; from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. There were early birds who departed by midday and latecomers who stayed well into the afternoon on what was a hot, sunny day.
