Is Page Listing “Cars & Coffee” Events Needed On Website?

HARWINTON, CT – The most popular page on this website is easy to guess. It’s the CT Car Show Calendar, which keeps classic car enthusiasts in Connecticut in the know on upcoming shows. During the car show season, it’s updated pretty much daily, especially when the weather forecast changes.

As of 5 p.m. today, the page has logged 132,911 views since the start of the year, with the CT Car Cruises page adding 10,434 views. The pages have shown healthy year-to-year growth. For all of 2024, the Car Show Calendar had 85,075 views with the Car Show Cruises page getting 8,012 views.

Here’s the challenge for the website. Listing as many classic car events in a way that is easily understood and reliable.

The CT Car Show Calendar primarily displays one-time-only events. They’re usually held on weekends and benefit non-profits. They’re staged by car clubs, service clubs, and sometimes towns. More than 350 have been staged across the state this year.

The CT Car Cruises page shows weekly/monthly events that are usually held in the evening at drive-ins and other gathering spots for classic car owners.

What I’m wondering now is whether a third page devoted to “Cars & Coffee” type events that are routinely held on weekend mornings would be helpful to readers?

Or should they just be listed on the Car Cruises page?
