Gallery: Italian American Police Society Car Show – August 9, 2026

NORWALK, CT – It was a hot summer day but there were a lot of autumn colors in the models entered in the eighth annual Italian American Police Society / Vincent Penna Jr. Memorial Car Show on Sunday. Reds, yellows and oranges covered many exteriors of the cars that showed affection for both domestics and imports.

With clever trophies, a show area that was easy to navigate and what appeared to be a slew of volunteers, the show came off smoothly, although better attention could have been given to informing spectators of the off-site parking options, both with signage and staffers pointing where to go as well as perhaps shuttle rides from remote lots.

As always, RIDE-CT stayed longer than originally planned, a testament to the quality of the cars on display. Here’s a gallery of some of the entries…
