Gallery: Mustangs and Mopars at American Made Muscle Car Cruise – August 16, 2026

EAST HARTFORD, CT – Modern Mustang and Mopar models dominated the inaugural American Made Muscle Car Cruise on Sunday, nearly ringing Rentschler Field witht style and color. Yes, there were a few classic cars and trucks, and high-priced supercars, too, but it was the recent Ford and Dodge models that filled the majority of spaces.

RIDE-CT spent a couple of hours eyeing the show cars and snapping photos as well as visiting the tents set up by vendors and car clubs and sampling from food stands. An army of volunteers and good organization resulted in what was a well-run operation. A good foundation was built for future editions.
