Gallery: Stew Leonard’s Car Show – July 19, 2026

NEWINGTON, CT – It was a full house at Stew Leonard’s on Sunday morning as a car show took over the parking lot. The show drew hundreds of entries and proved so popular that show area couldn’t accommodate all of the classic vehicle owners who showed up. Those who got a spot were rewarded by a lots of attention.

Overall, thanks to the many volunteers from the Over The Hill Gang Eastern Chapter, the show came off as well organized and smoothly run. There were many surprises, too, from a black 1949 Packard with a very long front end to at least Lotus sports car models.

RIDE-CT snapped more photos than usual. Here’s a gallery of some of the entries.
